These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quency mobile application ("App") operated by Janek Buntkowski ("I", "me", or "my").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Quency is a subliminal audio creation and playback app that allows users to create personalized affirmation tracks, play them alongside music, and track personal growth progress.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
Quency is available under the following subscription plans:

New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial begins when you first open the App. No payment is required during the trial period.
After the trial expires, access to premium features requires an active subscription. You will be prompted to subscribe via the App's paywall.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your subscription is billed to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
